    1) You said Flavor works fine on your other site, just not the first one... are these different versions of Flavor, or the same version? And which version(s)?

    2) The theme's search.php file actually uses the inc/post-loop.php file to display the search results. So however the plugin works, it needs to interact with this page. What specifically is the issue with the search not working - is it just styled wrong, or does the actual functionality not work?

    Right, I completely understand what you're saying, but I asked a question that I need to know the answer to before I can help further. Here is what you said:

    "...I tested the same shortcodes in a different site with Flavor installed and on this site with another theme and in both cases they are working fine,..."

    What I'm hearing is that they're working fine in one installation of Flavor, but not in another one. That is why I asked my first question above. Can you please answer my questions specifically so I can provide further support? Thanks.

    Oh, so you have only tested with Flavor on one installation? If so, can you try with Flavor on your other installation and see if the same thing happens? You are referring to a different WordPress installation, correct?

    I tested it on a new installation and its not working there too. problem is that it is inserting paragraph tags after every line. I need a solution to this urgently as it is very important for me to fix this

    Thanks for verifying that. That at least makes more sense to me, that they're working the same way on both installations. So let's try removing the filter that I believe might be adding in the p tags. Edit framework.php line 162:

    remove_filter( 'the_content', 'wpautop' );

    Comment it out like this and let me know if that helps:

    #remove_filter( 'the_content', 'wpautop' );

    In addition to that change, also change line 167 from:

    add_filter( 'the_content', 'it_format_text', 99 );

    To:

    #add_filter( 'the_content', 'it_format_text', 99 );
