Homepage Layout not loading properly

There's an issue with the layout of my homepage. Minisites work fine, but the sidebar isn't loading, the footer is 'boxed' and other layout issues are going on with my homepage.  Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!

Check the excerpt for the second post - it looks like it's missing a closing div or other html tag, breaking the rest of the site. If you aren't using an excerpt for that post, add one in and see if that fixes the issue. There's probably html content or a shortcode or something at the beginning of your post content which is showing through in the excerpt on the homepage, breaking the site (which specifying an excerpt would fix)

I had to do that post as a regular 'post' instead of a minisites article. There's no option for an excerpt for those. I deleted it for now to fix the layout. Is there anyway around it that you might know of? Plugin: LiveBlog

So, i just created a new post in one of the minisites. The homepage again isn't loading properly when i use a custom excerpt. The only things in the post is an <h2> tag and list

When editing the post go to Screen Options (upper right) and enable the excerpt, and then put in an excerpt there and see if that helps fix it.

I just tried that. That post still messes up the layout. I hate to be bothering you with so many thing, but another issue on the hopepage is the format goes wonky when I change to list view instead of grid view :\

I'm sure it's just a simple issue caused by either a setting or plugin. Before I login and take a look, I need you to try something and let me know if it fixes the issue. Completely disable all of your plugins, then re-download a new copy of the theme from ThemeForest and overwrite all of your current theme files on your server with a fresh copy and see if that fixes the issue. You won't lose any content or settings since those are stored in the database, but if you have made any changes directly to any of the theme code then you should make a backup of your current theme files so you don't lose your changes.
