    All of the sudden my TOP REVIEWED for YEAR widget has stopped working in Featured Col 2. Oddly enough, TOP REVIEWS for WEEK (which is right next to it) is working so at very list the same items should be showing. I've removed widget, re-added it, changed settings, but for some reason it will only say "Nothing to See Here"

    UPDATE - I just realized the TRENDING ARTICLES widget in my footer is also not working when I click on "highest rated" - all other filters work.

    What caused it to stop working? Did you update something? Did it used to work and then now it doesn't? When did it stop working?

    Was working fine Saturday.  Wasn't working on Sunday.  No reason.  The TOP RATED widget right next to it is still working for the WEEK but no change to any of the settings in COL 2 will make that same widget display anything.  Since it's affecting the TRENDING widget as well I'm guessing its not exclusive to a single widget.

    UPDATE 2:  I also checked the main TOP 10 SCROLL and the BEST REVIEWED filter also returns zero results.   It's like nothing that uses scores as filters is finding scores but if I click on any article the scores are still there.

    oh...and to answer your question - I did update to WP 3.9 but the widget stopped working before that - I thought the update might fix but it didn't.

    it's been working flawlessly for nearly a year - ever since I setup the theme last Summer

    Thanks, so something has to have changed to cause this. Are you sure you didn't update WordPress to 3.9, for instance, which caused this to start happening?

    This started before I updated to 3.9    I actually updated to 3.9 to try and fix this issue.  I can't understand why the exact same widget work perfectly in the column to the left just because it is set to WEEK instead of YEAR.

    What's more alarming is that it was working and then stopped working. That tells me something changed on your site to cause that. It can't just stop working by itself. We need to try and isolate the issue. Completely disable all of your plugins, then re-download a new copy of the theme from ThemeForest and overwrite all of your current theme files on your server with a fresh copy and see if that fixes the issue. You won't lose any content or settings since those are stored in the database, but if you have made any changes directly to any of the theme code then you should make a backup of your current theme files so you don't lose your changes.

    Deactivated all 4 plugins - Akismet, Jetpac k, Limit Login Attempts, WP Super Cache

    Downloaded and updated the latest version of FLAVOR files (actually got the update notice today)

    Copied all files over and refreshed site.  Now I have no items in the WEEK or the YEAR sort columns.   All plugins are still deactivated.

    After doing the Flavor Update the FOOTER 1 widget seems to be broken.  It will only display

    This is a widget panel. To remove this text, login to your WordPress admin panel and go to Appearance >> Widgets, and drag & drop a widget into this widget panel. If you want to leave this area blank, simply put a blank Text widget into this widget panel which will overwrite this text.

    even though my twitter feed widget was still socketed into that spot.  I removed the twitter and replaced with blank text box and it still displays the default message above like nothing is assigned to that slot.

    Footer 2 just stopped working and then all of the sudden both Footer 1 and 2 magically fixed themselves and started displaying tweets.  Now we're back to the Feature 1 and 2 sockets.

    I'm sorry but I have to continue coming back to this point: what changed to cause them to stop working? I don't know the history of your site - I don't know what has been done, when it was done, how it was done, etc. Something was done to cause this, can you please let me know what that was? This is the first step in fixing the issue - whether it's just something on your end or a bug with the theme, either way this is the first step in isolating.

    I had made no changes to the site for at least 2 weeks prior to when Feature 2 (TOP REVIEWED YEAR) stopped working and would only say "Nothing to See Yere".  It worked Saturday before Easter - came home after Easter dinner and no more TOP YEAR.   WP had been bugging me about 3.9 update but I had been ignore up to this point so I installed the update and that didn't fix.  I then contacted you.  

    Turned off the 4 plug-ins (Akismet, Jetpack, Limit Login Attempts, WP Super Cache) and installed your 1.11 update of Flavor.  Immediately after doing this the FEATURE 1 widget (TOP REVIEWS WEEK) also started saying "Nothing to See Here".   The TOP 10 scroll will also go blank if I filter by Best Reviewed This Month and if I go to TRENDING ARTICLES widget in FOOTER 3 and click highest rated filter I get "Nothing to See Here".   But Recently Awarded does - I'm guessing it's sorting based on award rather than score though.

    Basically any widget that tries to filter or sort by REVIEW SCORE isn't working, but all of my reviews still have their scores.  I have temporarily replaced FEATURE 1 and 2 widgets with LATEST ARTICLES just so my front page didn't look broken, but I would like to get TOP REVIEWED working and back in those two slots if possible.   Everything else is working find as long as it doesn't involve filtering by score.  FYI - this is editor score as I don't allow for user scores.

    I have no problem with you logging into the WP Admin panel if you think you can figure it out.   I haven't modified any code or even done that much customization to your theme "out of the box".  It's just been working great for nearly a year and then all of the sudden this happens on Easter Sunday.  I don't think it was 3.9 since the problem started before that update and I don't think it's any of the plug-ins since it happens whether they are on or off.

    Do you know which version of Flavor you updated from? Sure I'd be glad to take a look. Please give me your admin login info in a private response. Please make sure plugins are disabled so I can rule out any conflicts (or if you don't mind me disabling them).

    I see the YEAR is working but not the WEEK

    TOP 10 SCROLL and TRENDING are still coming back with Nothing to See Here if you try to filter by scores

    I setup a similar environment on my test server and tested both the Week option as well as the score filtering in the top 10 and trending widgets and it's all working as intended. No one else has reported this happening, and it just all the sudden began happening for you, so something fishy is going on with your setup. We need to isolate whether the issue is with WordPress or your web server. Create a brand new, empty WordPress installation in a test subfolder on your server somewhere. Make sure you download a completely new version of WordPress and create a new, blank database to use. This will be a stand-alone, test WordPress installation that is completely separate from your main live install. Then, install an unmodified version of the theme and see if the same problem persists in the new install. This will help narrow down the source of the issue - whether it is in your current WordPress install or something else like a web host setting or issue.

    I have exactly the same problem. I have 2 websites Each on a different hosting On one it works on the other it does not work... making it more certain that this is due hosting, I do not know how it got resolved ...

    Do you have any differences in how your time zone or any other time settings are setup on each server?

    I'm starting to think its my host as well.   My TOP 10 scroll just stopped working entirely.   I think they are going in and disable features to reduce my CPU usage on their servers but they will not respond to my inquiries.

    Wow, that is terrible if so... can you perhaps move to another host and check?

    I'm looking into BlueHost now but if you have any recommendations I would appreciate it.  Using Web Hosting Hub now and regretting that decision with each passing day.  Sadly, you can't trust these host ranking sites or the reviews on them.

    I used Host Monster at one point with good results, but currently I use Media Temple and am satisfied with it.
