Buggy and Theme Option table disappear

    Hi,

    I have been working on the explicit theme for a while now. I found that there are quite a number of errors and frame freezes/disappearance (when adjusting the page builder in Theme Option). Especially when I add more than 3 page builder panels into the column (i.e layout, categories, review, reactions, awards and badges), the whole Theme Option table disappear right after I saved and refreshed the page. Then, I have got no choice but to go to FTP and remove the table everytime after the whole Theme Option table disappear. How to fix that? 

    If you are thinking about the plugins, I have tried to deactivate all the plugins but the problem remained. BTW, I am using the latest version of WP and php with Siteground hosting.

    If that is not fixed, i have no choice but to leave a bad review on the Themeforest for my bad experience with the product.

    Hi,

    I have done what you said and changed the max_input_vars setting to 5000 with the help of Siteground customer support. But the problem persisted. After I tried to edit the Builder panels, saved and refreshed, the frame freezes as showed in the attachment. Except for the first "general settings", the rest of the options are not accessible and appeared blank. Please fix this.

    There should be something outdated with your theme code. My site www.gismoreview.com is currently using the latest WP version. Please help me to fix this.

    Other than that, I love the design of this theme.

    Please help me to solve this issue and I will drop a good review.

    Completely disable all of your plugins, then re-download a new copy of the theme from ThemeForest and overwrite all of your current theme files on your server with a fresh copy and see if that fixes the issue. You won't lose any content or settings since those are stored in the database, but if you have made any changes directly to any of the theme code then you should make a backup of your current theme files so you don't lose your changes.

    If that doesn't work, then I'll need to see what the actual error is by logging into your admin panel.

    I have tried many times and different way including disable all my plugins and re-uploading the theme, but the problem still there. I DID NOT make any changes to the theme code at all. You can come and try it out by yourself on my admin panel here. 

    By the way, please reply faster. I don't think I pay for customer support which took forever to solve one problem.
