    I have two problems:

    1-) Text editor does not work. I re-installed WP and everything is fine until uploading TechWise. Then, I can create a new page but I can not add text in it. Also, the text editor of existing Hello World post does not show any text until I click and select (as if the text is white). Also, I can not open the screen options (where you select a feature to show up or hide) at the top.

    2-) I could not arrange a responsive logo for the site. I can for the desktop view, but other than that it gets messy. The logo becomes too small or too big whatever I try. Or it becomes partially visible since it goes under the sticky bar. Are there any CSS solutions that you have already created?

    I answered the logo question in your other ticket. As for the text editor issue, can you verify how you installed WordPress? Did you install it manually, or did you use a one-click install utility that your web host provides?

    Thank you for the answer.

    I used a one-click install tool called Softaculous, provided by my web host. It installed Wordpress 4.8.

    Within the last hours I've tried two different solutions provided in the forums regarding the replacement of tinymce files and also a wp-config.php modification, both didn't work.

    Then, I've installed Wordpres twice, one manual and then using Softaculous again.

    But I couldn't solve the problem, text editor becomes problematic as soon as I upload the theme, no matter what I try.

    Pre-installed texts of Hello World and Sample Page posts are still white, I can't see buttons of the visual editor, text editor and add media buttons do not respond to clicks, Screen Options and Help buttons do not work.

    Edit/add posts page gives this error:

    A similar error is present in edit/add pages page.

    These issues are happening because the one-click install utility has conflicts and should not be used. Please install WordPress using the official installation guide found here: https://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress

    I've cleaned everything and installed Wordpress manually. Same problems occured as soon as I uploaded the theme. I think you have to update the theme.

    Trying to determine if it's an issue with the theme or your server. Can you try one of our other themes to see if it works on your server? I can send you the theme to test via email if you let me know which one you want to try.

    Now, with the Engine theme the visual editor came back.

    I've activated Techwise after installing Engine and took screenshots of post editing/text editor screens.

    Sorry for the delay. So is this the exact same WordPress installation, with one screenshot showing engine active and the other showing techwise? Please confirm that. I'm running some testing right now.

    Thanks. Can I login to your server and switch the theme to Techwise briefly and do some troubleshooting since I can't replicate this on my server? If that is not acceptable, can you please create a separate test installation on your server and give me admin login access so I don't touch your main server?

    Thanks, I was able to get in. I would also like to see debugging mode because I suspect there is a php error causing an issue. Can you please enable debugging for me? I can't do that in the dashboard, requires FTP or file level access. Here's how: https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG

    Thanks, I figured out the issue. It is indeed due to the second issue listed here: https://industrialthemes.ticksy.com/article/7265/ regarding the metaboxes-generator.php file line 48. I have update the theme with the fix and ThemeForest is in the process of approving the update. You can apply the fix manually in the mean time though so you can use the theme. Thanks for helping me knock out this bug.

    I have downloaded the updated version from ThemeForest and made a clean install. Now everything works.
