    Hi Brian,

Thanks for trying to help with the issue. While waiting for your next reply, I have tried to go through the Public Tickets and see if anyone else had a similar situation that may have found a resolution. I came across this ticket:

and tried to implement the fix outlined here. I went into the shortcode-generator.php file and metabox-generator.php file and changed the lines to what was suggested, and it worked. My Page Options are now working correctly.

    Thanks again.

Disabled all plugins. Downloaded the Steam theme again, extracted it and recopied the files into the correct folder on the server. Unfortunately, it did not fix the problem.

It's all coming from a javascript error actually. We'll need to isolate the cause with some troubleshooting steps. Completely disable all of your plugins, then re-download a new copy of the theme from ThemeForest and overwrite all of your current theme files on your server with a fresh copy and see if that fixes the issue. You won't lose any content or settings since those are stored in the database, but if you have made any changes directly to any of the theme code then you should make a backup of your current theme files so you don't lose your changes.

Using the Steam WordPress theme, when I go to create a "New Page" in WordPress (v. 4.7.2), all of the page options relating to the Steam theme options do not display (screenshot provided). It does not give the Shortcode options, and no options display underneath that. Also, I am unable to access the "Screen Options" tab in the upper right corner of the screen to select/deselect any options from there. So far I have found this problem consistent when using the Steam WordPress theme (and the Explicit WordPress theme). I've tried using the Engine WordPress theme and all page options work perfectly as does any of the default WordPress themes that come with the 4.7.2 install.
