It seems lately that we have more and more problems, i've attached the problem, i don't know why the site is not showing the background option, maybe this is the real cause for https://industrialthemes.ticksy.com/ticket/996835

I am not familiar with that that wordpress button "background" is supposed to do. What does it do when another theme is installed?
Well it loads "customize" but shortlinks you directly to the Background section.
But as you see in the prints below is not working, any ideeas ?
Hmm... I'm not familiar with this component. Not to worry though, you can just use the main appearance >> background screen to adjust your site background. Or you can use the theme options to set a specific background color or image for each category section.
As i said before appearance >> background screen to adjust your site background this is not working, the BG is not displaying, im using a custom CSS overwrite to show the background.
Every time i have written here for the support (the 4-5 tickets, that i made), i got 0 solutions, i'm not talking about things not theme related as you say below, like this ticket, i'm talking about theme features, nevermind....nice one Brian.
If that's not working, then you are likely on a page that has another background image or color overriding it, such as a category section page. Is this the case?
No, that's not the case.
We will have to walk through some troubleshooting steps to isolate the cause of the issue then. Completely disable all of your plugins, then re-download a new copy of the theme from ThemeForest and overwrite all of your current theme files on your server with a fresh copy and see if that fixes the issue. You won't lose any content or settings since those are stored in the database, but if you have made any changes directly to any of the theme code then you should make a backup of your current theme files so you don't lose your changes.
It's ok Brian, no worries (i did what you mention below several times in other support tickets, the solution never worked) i would have to pay someone to fix this probably, because payed author support is not good enough (i'm not offending you).
